Accountabilities&Responsibilities:
-Develop new and existing account to achieve sale target within set region/industry on Engineering project business.
-Work with suppliers to provide technical solutions to inquiries via all channels,.
-Coordinate with supplier and other functional support department to make smooth progress of the projects.
-Collect market information including competitor’s activities and product lunching.
-Manages the customers’ expectation and solve the issue/claim within authority.
-Ensure sales and profit targets are met.
-Ensure efficient sales plans in place for defined key accounts and execute properly to achieve set targets.
-Ensure timely reports are submitted and share success story to sales team.
-Provides cooperative supports to distributors on key OEM accounts.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
-Skilled knowledge in Welding process/technology or with proven electrical background.
-Open mind with customer focus attitude.
-Communication in both Mandarin and English is essential.
-Willing to travel on frequent base, extensive travelling is required.
-Over 5 years working experience in the related industries.
-Strong knowledge in plasma cutting application or manufacturing process.
-Self-motivated and willing to undertake pressure
-Independent business breakthrough capacity
-Skilled on Microsoft application, such as word and Excel.
