MISSION
Summarise the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the organisation
- Achieve project sales objectives
- 独立完成项目销售工作,达成年度项目销售目标(面板开关、综合布线、灯光控制、弱电安防相关)
- Create sales demand by maintaining good relationship with key customers like developer, engineering company, panel builder and installation company
- 发展核心客户关系比如地产商、系统集成商、安装公司、装修公司
- Generate sales leads for new business opportunities
- 为业务增长创造机会
- Manage and develop the distributor
- 管理和促进分销商的销售业绩发展
SPECIFIC ISSUES
Job environment, working location, frequency of travelling etc…
- Job environment : Normal office working environment and office working hours
- Working Location: Local Office
- Frequency of travelling : Travel may be required
PROFILE REQUIRED
1. Required skills & knowledge for the position:
- Experience of how to serve project customers, including distributor, panel builder, contractor, SI and end user. Experience of project sales for similar electrical product is strongly desired.
- Be familiar with relevant knowledge of Electrical Accessories, Low voltage electricity and electron products.
- Communication and presentation skills
- Integrity
- Commitment, Execution and Willing to face challenge
2. Required Educational Background & Professional Experience
- University/College Education, majored in electrical accessories, electron automation, control system or other relevant specialty.
- At least 5 years sales and marketing working experience in related business.
- MNC working experience is preferable
3. Languages:
- Good in both spoken and written Mandarin and English
4. Other Requirements:
- Professional appearance
- Punctuality and response time
- Taking on additional responsibilities
- Being a “team player”
- Ability to stretch to meet goals
