职位描述：
1. PRODUCT MANAGER MANUAL TOOTHBRUSH

2. MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
A. Quality
1) Product quality
- ensure the application of quality standards in factory
- guarantee the product conformity regarding technical specifications; control product specifications with internal CPSF (Customer packaging specification file).
- manage final inspections and validate shipments.
- ensure the raw material approval with company standards. Work closely with dedicated laboratory.
2) Continuous improvement
- ensure the quality level on products, KPI follow up.
- open CAP to manage quality problem.
- follow and animate audit report CAP.

B. Logistics - Orders management
1) control Finished Good orders and ensure their management
2) animate suppliers about Delivery on Time (DOT)
3) update order planning weekly to inform logistic team and act in anticipation in case of delay.

C. Development
1) Product development
- able to translate customer needs to supplier and work on the request feasibility
- confirm and agree with my supplier on a retro-planning of developments and fill in the product follow up to communicate with team.
- guarantee development time to product manager
- develop prototypes
2) Sampling management - control the conformity of tests.
3) Cost optimization
- complete technical file with documents related to development
- control and I optimize development costs of the products: material cost and labor cost.
- understand all costs linked to development and production to estimate target prices.
4) Production follow up and improvement - In case of quality problem, set up the implementation of a root causes analysis; suggest improvements and product innovations.

D. Supplier Management
1) Supplier training
- develop and animate some training sessions on different company standard topics.
- qualify and follow up the quality team on company standards.
2) Supplier partnership
- build and maintain a strong relationship with suppliers.
- able to share and highlight improvement points from both side.

3. Skills and Knowledge
1) Ability to communicate simply, fluently and efficiently with suppliers and French team.
2) Technical and industrial expertise on injection molding.
3) Good understanding of the company’s and European standard requirements to reach operational targets.
4) Ability to manage and animate projects in autonomy with strong leadership and rigor.
5) Quick problem solver.
6) Strong charism and ability to federate around project.
7) Pro activity, well organized and result oriented is a must.

4. Job Requirements
1) Education: Bachelor degree in engineering
2) Working experience: Minimum 5 years working in factory with international business.
3) Workplace: Yangzhou or close surroundings.
4) Languages: Mandarin native, English fluent, French is a plus.
5) Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, …)
