职位描述：
Basic Responsibilities基本职责
1. Fully Comply with UTC Ethics & Business Practices requirements.

2. Strictly comply with Act SOX404 requirements.
        严格遵守美国SOX404 法案要求。
3. Strictly follow OTIS global safety regulations and company EH&S policy.
        严格执行奥的斯EH&S政策。
4. Provide pre-sale quotation and coordinate with supplier to provide solutions.
        提供大项目售前询价和协调供应商提供解决方案。
5. Coordinate big project part testing and quality control.
        协调大项目的部件测试和质量控制。
6. Evaluate and improve supplier capacity.
        评估并提升供应商产能。
7. Cost analysis and control to meet project cost target.
        成本分析和控制，确保满足项目成本目标。
8. Understand related product process and quality control requirement and practice.
        熟悉相应产品的生产工艺和质量控制特点。
9. Know related suppliers capacity and level domestically.
        了解国内相应产品的供应商生产能力及其生产水平。
10. Track domestic raw material pricing variation.
        了解国内原材料市场价格的波动情况。
11. Coordinate and resolve supplier delivery issues.
        协调解决供应商交货问题。

Qualifications任职资格
1. Education & Certification教育背景和专业资格
        College/ University gradated, major in engineering and/or PMP background is preferred.
        大学/学院毕业，工科专业或项目管理（PMP）背景优先。
2. Experience工作经验
        3 year plus working experience on elevator related trade, know related product and technology.
        最少三年以上的工作经验，对本行业产品与技术情况有相当的了解。
3. Knowledge专业知识
        Proficient in windows office.熟练应用OFFICE办公软件
        Minor requirement on English reading and writing.具备一定的英文读写能力
