Role purpose
? In terms of flower business requirement (cutting flower, pot flower, bedding flower and turf), focus on the ornamental products demo trials as well as carry out Concept trials & new products application exploring, complete the ornamental projects.
? Provide a technical support to business team, such as technical training (internal colleague and external customer), technical materials edition including leaflet, brochure, articles on social media (webchat), products & application technology videos shooting &editing and so on.
? Integrated the cutting flower pests management and solution

Accountabilities
? Provide technical support for Flower Control business.
? Identify the new opportunities of ornamental products portfolio in China cutting flower market.
? Provide products technical training to staff and growers, in charge of managing and releasing cuttting flower techncal information via all kinds of channel such as Wechat platform, internet etc.
? Arrange and follow up products efficacy trials, Demo trials, concept trials and comparison trials. Analyze, summarize the trials data and results to support sales promotion.
? Actively establish good relationship with the local relevant important stakeholders, further promote Syngenta L&G portfolio in the flower marketing and production area.
? Fully contact with the local end-users to know their needs, find and develop new business opportunities from the market, meanwhile give feedback to the company in time.
? Collect and utilize trials data & Pictures to prepare technical Bulletins, Leaflets, Articles, Brochures, tech application videos or Powerpoint presentations.
? Work closely with other business units in the L&G.

Knowledge, experience & capabilities
? Bachelor or above degree in crop protection or Horticulture or other agriculture related majors.
? Familiar in cuttling flowers field management and pest, some experience of demo trials will be prefered.
? Own a stronger implementation and planning, deal with and conduct demo trials according to circumstances
? Two years or more technique experience in crop protection, Horticulture or Agronomy. The experience of technical support, product evaluation, product biology etc. in the field of agriculture would be better.
? The knowledge of plant physiology, plant pathology, entomology, weed science, statistics and chemistry are basic requirements for this position
? Chemical marketing experiences would be a plus
? Good communication and presentation skills
? Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet, data analysis and others)
? Good English skill in speaking and writing.
? Drives for results, able to do the reasoned plans and work effectively in a highly competitive condition
? Have a good understanding of local flower crop agronomic knowledge
