? Interface with assigned BU/ business stream to provide full cycle
? Partner with HRBP and Hiring Leaders to develop recruitment strategies, understand position requirements, set expectations, and maintain communications throughout the talent acquisition process management
? Based on the confirmed position profiles and postings that are thorough and attractive to potential candidates
? Review and screen resumes obtained from all sources and manage all candidate tracking and status updates in the Hiring Management System, My hire system ;
? Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates to hiring manager for further consideration
? Source candidates through job postings, referrals, and direct sourcing using proactive tactics (social media, networking, and niche resources, etc.)
? Conduct in person interviewing, lead / facilitate candidate interview feedback session; provide follow up on interview as necessary
? Partner closely with HR and Compensation to manage the selection and offer process including: offer formulation, recommendation, and approval process; extension of verbal offer; offer acceptance and new hire start process
? Manage all candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition process
? Continuously improve centralized Talent Acquisition process to meet the needs of the Territory; maintain and support regular candidate activity and status reports
? Proactively participate the TA project if necessary
? According to TA KPI to deliver the TA result
? Be trusted TA advisor to provide the TA consultancy to Hiring Managers and HR partners
? Be familiar with the job market and talent market to provide the TA consultancy to Hiring Managers and HR partners to be the trusted TA advisor
