Job description
-Achieve sales/profitability targets and overall fi***cial objectives for industrial OEM customers of low pressure business;
-Understand needs and requirements of end users and segment market, provide solution to OEMs;
-Be able to connect with and influence decision makers;
-Maintain relationship with existing customers; building a long-term strong relationships with OEM customers, lead strategic negotiations and sign frame contract;
-Coordinate resources and promote project progress as planned;
-Develop new application or segment and find new OEM customers;
-Resolve difficult situation with customer conflict management;
-Communicate value to customers through value propositions;
-Monitor and supervise the OEM business by each application;
-Gather and share information & experiences & best practice of OEM application;
-Generate and update OEM business report monthly;
-Keep tracking competitors; collect, analysis and report competitor information;
-Information collection and analysis to establish customer files;
-Work with product team to offer proper products to each application;
-Propose marketing activities, like seminar, work shop, or exhibition, that will help to improve business;
-Follow quality issues, collaborate with product team, CTS and PC to improve customer satisfaction.

Experience requirements
-Solid customer experiences in air compressor;
-Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers;
-Ability to generate creative ideas to solve problems and improve work methods.

-Excellent communication and coordination skill;
-Proactive, self-motivated;
-Good at impacting and co***incing others.
