岗位职责:

Nature of the Job:
Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position
To contribute to the growth of brand on market, by driving new product launches and pushing growth on pillar products through the implementation of promotional and advertising excellence for specific products.


Duties and Responsibilities
？ Implement new product launches and strive to maintain growth on pillar products.
？ To actively participate in the campaign concept ideation and strategic development process and reinforce integration strategies in alignment at all levels.

？ To exhibit strong project management skills, and to balance analytical capability with creative and business savvy to deliver results.

？ Manage and motivate cooperators to achieve better quality in all aspects of ATL and BTL development.

？ Knowledge of local retail market dynamics and e***ironment, market trends and consumers, analysis and evaluate on competitors’ launches, activities,media, offerings including claim, pricing, performance and expectations.

？ Deal with forecast preparation and tracking on monthly basis to ensure healthy stock.

？ Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations to product management.
任职资格
Desired Skills and Experiences:

？ Minimum of 5-year experience in product marketing, including brand strategy, creative development, channel marketing strategy.

？ Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in both English and Chinese, including solid presentation skills.

？ Strong commercial marketing sense and be insightful on consumer understanding.

？ Working under pressure & OT and objective and result orientated also can work independently and quick response.

？ University degree or above.
