Accountabilities:
? In compliance with SOP to ensure the quality service delivery to meet customer’s requirements;
? Well coordinating between customers’ service requests and Carriers’ standard service guideline;
? Well coordinating export freight forwarding operation process, including but not limited to: Carrier booking, Export Declaration, Door pickup arrangement, Monitoring shipment on board, Freight checking and billing, etc.
? Well filing all concerning documents: Shipping Order, Booking Acknowledgement, I***oices, B/L, Export documents, etc.
? Well doing daily performance list for management review.
Requirements:
? College/Bachelor, preferably in shipping/transportation related field; More than 2 years of related working experience would be preferred.
? CET-4 or above, good command of both oral and written English;
? Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;
? Mature, open-minded, customer-driven, with excellent problem solving skills;
? Good interpersonal skills and team-work spirit.
