1. MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
？ As an extension of product marketing strategy, to implement educations of both clinical application and technology application
？ Collect 1st line customer voice to improve market/application intelligence
2.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Major Activities
(What is done and how)
？ Clinical training to physicians
？ Forcefully support sales team by providing clinical materials;
？ Collaborate with sales team to launch clinical study and product according to sales strategy
？ Assist Regional Sales Manage to organize clinical seminars to execute correlative marketing
？ Assist to create and maintain key opinion leader relationships.
End Results
(Why it is done)
？ Solidifying our products in market leadership positions;
？ Affecting and guide product model application in market;
？ Training physicians to use Covidien products;
？ Developing key customer references to grow new and existing markets.
3.IMMEDIATE MAJOR CHALLENGES
Get the capability to create and enrich the clinical total solution concept in the target clinical departments
4.SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS (ELIGIBILITY)
? Medical Bachelor’s Degree required, clinical working experience in Anesthesia, ICU, or Respiratory Department is preferred;
? Require talented and flexile individual with good communication and presentation skill in both Chinese and English;
? Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially excel, word and PPT.
? Willing to frequently business trip
? Mature, independent, self-motivated personality.
