MAIN ACCOUNTABILITES & EXPECTED RESULTS
主要职责
? Develop and manage our business by providing dynamic leadership for the Sales
organization and distributors in the territory to ensure that financial objectives are
met.

? Develop the distribution network to cover the different areas in depth in order to
maximize the sales from each area.
发展经销商网络并使其深度覆盖多个区域以增加各地销量。
? Define clear sales objectives and clear performance indicators for the distributors
to follow and monitor and report the progress of each distributor on a regular
basis.
为经销商制定明确的销售目标及清晰的销售方式以定期跟踪、管理并汇报各经销商
的销售情况。
? Plan, manage, and support the distributors to create a reasonable patient pricing
and reimbursement for GeneXpert assays in their territories.
计划、管理并支持经销商工作以制定GeneXpert 产品的合理定价及佣金。? Work with Marketing Dept. to provide training, sales tools, and scientific support
to the distributors in order to help them achieve the annual objectives.
与营销部门合作向经销商提供培训、销售工具及科学报告以帮助他们达成年度目标。
? Build the Sales team and provide coaching on managing the distributors and the
key accounts in their areas.
建立销售团队并在向当地团队提供经销商及重点客户管理培训。
Education & Knowledge:
教育背景要求:
? Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in microbiology, or related life science
本科或以上学历,分子生物或相关生命科学专业尤佳。

? At least 2-3 years sales management experience, preferably with small team
leading experience.
具备至少2-3 年的销售管理经验,有小团队领导经验优先考虑。
? 5+ years sales experience in hospital, clinical laboratory, and/or life science
markets
在医院、临床实验室及/或生命科学市场有5 年以上销售经验
? Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively interact at all levels within
the company.
优秀的沟通技巧和能力。
? Business-to-business experience highly desire
有经销商管理经验者优先考虑。
? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications
熟练掌握Work, Excel 及PowerPoint 程序
? Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
精通普通话及英语。
