职位描述：
GENEAL SUMMARY:
Maintain and manage specific territory by meeting and exceeding sales, gross profit and unit goals. Provide service and technical support to customers on a regular and ongoing basis.
岗位职责：
-提供产品相关知识和技术咨询给来电客户，主动致电客户介绍公司产品和服务；
-确保完成销售业绩，达到销售利润
-发展新客户和潜在客户
-开发商业计划，进行市场分析，针对所属客户制定销售战略；
-保持积极工作态度，团队合作，融入公司文化
-完成指定学习计划
-在管理系统中管理并维护客户信息
-完成客户要求的工作相关工作职责

岗位要求
-本科学历及以上，要求生命科学相关专业，包括生物，化学，药学，环境等；
-具备分析思考能力及相关表达能力
-熟悉Office软件和数据管理系统
-熟悉基本数学公式和计算方法
-良好的沟通技巧
-具备组织能力，详细计划并执行
-具备销售经验或实验室经验者优先
-有驾照者优先
-基本英文沟通（菲罗门总部在美国，会有很多海外沟通机会）

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Originate phone calls, respond to incoming calls and provide technical information with regards to chromatography related products and services
？ Ensure that assigned territory meets sales, gross profit, and unit goals
？ Develop relationships with new and existing customers
？ Develop business plans, market analysis, and sales strategies for assigned territory
？ Consistently maintain a positive attitude, be a team player, and strive to learn and contribute to company culture
？ Complete assigned learning plan
？ Manage and maintain information in customer database system
？ Perform other job-related duties as requested by customers and/or management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
？ Bachelors Degree in Life Science required
？ Requires analytical thinking and presenting ideas
？ Experience in Microsoft office and Database Management
？ Able to perform basic mathematical equations and formulas
？ Extremely skilled in the art of negotiation
？ Strong organizational skill, plans and assign resources in a detailed fashion
？ Previous sales and/or laboratory experience preferred
？ Valid driver’s license required
