工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose
？ Focus on company concerned government reimbursement policies and issues to gain trusts for the better environment to support business development.
？ Align cross function teams to achieve business goals.

主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities
？ Map, build and develop strategic partnership with key reimbursement policy-makers and influencers in central government level, develop strategy and initiatives to improve market access efficiency & effectiveness.
？ Work closely with Marketing & HQ to develop and translate company’s successful global model, standard and best practice of health economics, products evidences and communication tools, support GA and sales teams to effectively use clinical, economics data to enhance value propositions of Coloplast’s portfolio and pipeline.
？ Leverage internal resources and build up integrated programs in partnership with key policy makers that can improve government policy’s accessibility and affordability in company concerned areas and achieve win-win solutions both for patient, government and company.
？ Assist department head in formulating GA Strategy by collecting and analyzing relevant information as well as timely reporting relevant policies, esp. medical insurance policies.
？ Execute GA Strategy by communicating and lobbying with government policy makers to grow the market by adding Coloplast products into RL (Reimbursement List) at central and provincial levels.
？ Prompt communicate, provide necessary advice and coordinate with internal parties. For instance, Commercial team, BU sales and marketing team.
？ Develop and maintain relationship with industrial associations and participate into external activities to present and promote Coloplast.

任职资格Job Qualifications
？ University graduated with relevant industrial background (e.g. medical or pharmaceutical major)
？ At least 3 years relevant DSM working experiences
？ GA working experience is better
