GENERAL SUMMARY(职位概述):

The National Sales Manager for the Sales Team is responsible for leading, directing, managing and training a group of sales team members to ensure assigned sales projects, targets and initiatives are met or exceeded.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(工作内容):

? Ensure China Profit Centers meet or exceed annual sales & gross profit goals.
? Recruit, interview, hire, train, manage and support new team members in order to insure Sales team members have the abilities to transfer to be a Technical Sales Consultant.
? Plan, develop & implement strategic sales & support programs for Sales team to accomplish specific company, departmental, brand & product objectives.
? Coach and motivate Sales team members to exceed expectations through on-going development of accolade / incentive programs, team activities and one on one mentoring
? Coordinate & facilitate all new hire sales team training while providing on-going support to in-house training personnel.
? Daily coordination of China Sales Team open territory call coverage.
? Daily coordination of order entry and technical support for existing territory.
? Insure the CRM database is updated with all pertinent information as it relates to incoming calls and on-going lead development projects.
? Complete industry, technique and brand lead qualification and development projects on an as needed basis.
? Manage various OEM relationships assigned by Senior Management.
? Perform other job-related duties as requested by customers and/or other Phenomenex managers

? 负责完成中国区域的年度销售指标及销售利润

? 负责招募,面试,培训及管理新的技术销售工程师团队

? 负责制定销售计划,市场拓展计划以及指导销售团队达到拟订销售目标

? 负责指导及提高销售团队的积极性(一对一的辅导,团队活动以及团队奖励活动)

? 负责协调和促进新入职销售人员的技术培训及业务支持

? 负责每天协调及指导中国销售团队对新客户的开发

? 负责每天协调固有客户的订单输入及技术的支持

? 负责监督CRM客户信息系统数据的更新和修改

? 负责完成不同领域客户的信息审核及客户关系的建立

? 负责配合公司管理层协调与不同OEM厂商的关系

? 除以上具体工作内容外,尽量配合客户或Phenomenex管理人员的要求,并在职能范围内完成


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE(职位要求):

? Bachelors Degree in Life Science required.
? Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
? Strong communication and ability to present concepts in an easily understood form
? Proven effective judgement and reasoning
? Ability to lead and motivate others
? Extremely skilled in the art of negotiation
? Well organized, plans and assigns resources appropriately
? 5+ years of experience in Sales pertaining to Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, etc.
? Must be Fluent in English
? Valid Driver’s License Required

? 本科或以上学历(生命科学专业)

? 有较强的分析能力及问题解决能力

? 有较强的沟通及人际交往能力

? 有较强的判断及分析能力

? 有较强的领导及激励团队的能力

? 有较强的辩论能力

? 具备良好的组织,计划,及分配资源的能力

? 具有5年以上的销售经验(化学,生化,生物技术,化工等领域)

? 需具有流利的英语沟通能力

? 需具有合法的中国驾驶执照
