职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 在客户经理的带领下，向指定的民营口腔医疗集团客户推广和销售公司的所有产品，完成销售目标；
2. 维护和发展与客户的联系，确保客户日常项目准确实施，促进设备类产品销售；
3. 准确执行中小型临床学术活动，促进耗材类产品销售；
4. 在直线经理的带领下，结合客户需求和公司资源，执行客户发展所需要的附加值服务，增进公司与客户的战略合作，促进销售业绩持续增长；
要求：
1. 5年以上医疗行业销售经验优先, 有知名国际口腔公司工作经验优先；
2. 良好的领导力和高效的日常管理能力；
3. 良好的沟通能力；
4. 能适应经常出差；

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive performance objectives, KPIs and countermeasures to ensure achievement of sales goals in assigned accounts under the guidance of line manager;
2. Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective project management to drive sales growth of equipment;
3. Develop and manage education events & workshops to drive sales growth of consumables;
4. Leverage company’s resources to provide value added service to customers to drive sustainable sales growth in assigned accounts;

Qualifications:
1. 5+ years dental sales experience, famous foreign-invest equipment company working experiences is preferred;
2. Strong leadership and daily management capability;
3. Strong communication and relationship development skills;
