职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Act as professional supports to regional factories regarding implementation of corporate supplier quality tools and processes, for instance, Audit, PPAP, ELC, PPRP;
2. Act as professional supports to regional factories regarding supplier quality issues resolution, supplier quality audits and supplier quality improvement activities etc;
3. Responsible to manage the complete quality assurance activities for 3rd party suppliers in Asia to meet the company requirements, including supplier qualification (audit), new product development(part qualification), supplier quality issue resolution, supplier quality performance monitoring and supplier improvement(Supplier Clinics);
4. Support re-sourcing projects in according with company strategy;
5. Responsible to communicate to suppliers or coach suppliers for Colfax/ESAB quality requirements or tools;
6. Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor;

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality or supplier quality engineering in muti-national company;
2. Trained / certified IRCA auditor for ISO 9001, especially good process audit capabilities for supplier risks assessment;
3. Good capability of reading and understanding mechanical drawings;
4. Familiar with mechanical parts/processes (machining, pressure gauges, regulators, gas cutting torches, stamping, casting, injection molding etc.);
5. Good capability of using common mechanical measurement tools, for instance, caliper, micrometer, concentricity gage, height gage, ring gage, CMM, projector, pin gauges, thread gauges etc..
6. Good knowledge of quality tools: QC 7 tools, 8D, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, DOE and etc.;
7. Good knowledge of data analysis and statistical tools, like SPC, process capability studies, minitab etc;
8. Have experience in leading lean 6 sigma projects (Green Belt) or Kaizen, certified green belt or 举报 分享
