职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Act as professional supports to regional factories regarding implementation of corporate supplier quality tools and processes, for instance, Audit, PPAP, ELC, PPRP;
2. Act as professional supports to regional factories regarding supplier quality issues resolution, supplier quality audits and supplier quality improvement activities etc;
3. Responsible to manage the complete quality assurance activities for 3rd party suppliers in Asia to meet the company requirements, including supplier qualification (audit), new product development(part qualification), supplier quality issue resolution, supplier quality performance monitoring and supplier improvement(Supplier Clinics);
4. Support re-sourcing projects in according with company strategy;
5. Responsible to communicate to suppliers or coach suppliers for Colfax/ESAB quality requirements or tools;
6. Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor;

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years experiences in quality or supplier quality engineering role in multinational company;
2. Trained / certified IRCA auditor for ISO 9001, certified nuclear auditor is a plus;
3. Good knowledge in raw materials like steel, minerals and their manufacturing processes, knowledge in welding wires, electrodes, welding flux is desired;
4. Knowledge of quality tools: QC 7 tools, 8D, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, DOE and etc.;
5. Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical tools, like SPC, process capability studies, minitab etc;
6. Have experience in leading lean 6 sigma projects (Green Belt) or certified green belt / black belt;
7. Good command of Microsoft office word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
8. Experience in CBS (Colfax Business System) is a plus;
