This position reports to CTS Sales & Marketing Product Manager
Job description
* Align within China CTS and with the global CTS sales & marketing strategy.
* Collect and interpret information on marketing present and future needs and format this information for new product development.
* Make professional market, competition and application analysis.
* Technical & marketing support on Fixed Price product of compressor service, Maintenance, Upgrade, Overhaul
* Support training material and conduct training to improve product knowledge, application knowledge, sales arguments and competitor information.
* Communication with product companies and regional sales for relevant business issues.
* Support on related product pricing issue.
* Support the regional sales team in the business development.
Experience requirements
* Proven track record in related product & marketing.
*Strong sales background combined with a sound knowledge of aftermarket product in air compressor or similar machinery industry.
Knowledge
* Fluent both in written and oral English & Chinese.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point, experience in IBM Lotus Notes applications.
Educational requirements
* Bachelor degree - technically or commercially oriented or equivalent experience.
Personality requirements
* Pro-active with good interpersonal skills, good communication and people oriented.
* Customer oriented and result driven.
* Willing to travel in the region.
