PURPOSE OF THE JOB

1. A leading role to realize Sunten New Factory Project to support Sunten’s business growth and industrial transition

2. To coordinate and manage the resource planning needed for the New Factory Project inside and outside SE

SCOPE OF THE JOB

Project scope covers:

-Support Current Land & Facility arrangement

-Support Negotiation for new land

-New Site Construction Design and Realization

-(Coordinate Lean Implementation with Operation Team)

-Move-in of Operation

SPECIFIC ISSUES

1. Make full use of virtual team support from inside Schneider (Sunten team, Sonsor, Infrastructure BU, Country, GSC) and outside Schneider (Landlord, Government, DI, PMC, Suppliers…)

2. Relocation to Sunten preferred, or at least able to travel frequently to have sufficient interactions and presence with Sunten and correlated stakeholders, contributors

OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Build an efficient Project organization (working committee and steering committee) include internal and external resources and stakeholders

2. Under the approved BCI guidance, build up operational execution plan and control plan , ensuring the quality and cost of execution within the budget estimation

3. Organize the review and validation of (contractual) design of construction, in compliance with SE / Sunten’s specifications of manufacturing facilities, with GSC RE, BU, GRC, DI, PMC

4. Organize the General Contractor bidding, selection and contracting process, with the support of GSC RE and SE NPP

5. Organize the communications, negotiations with all external interested parties

6. Organize regular internal review meeting, at different levels and frequencies, to share progress, achievement and issues escalations, to facilitate decision-makings and management supports to drive project ahead

7. Coordinate the Lean Module Concept manufacturing preparations and implementation in the new factory

8. Ensure the project is implemented and accepted according to the local safety and environment and legal regulations

9. To benchmark with best practices in the latest RE, Transformer Site project to benefit new factory project

10. Other assigned responsibilities, if any

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor or above in Engineering, nice to have PMP or equivalent certificate

2. Advanced computer skills, especially for MS office suites, AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.

3. At least 8 years’ working experience and related management experience

4. Rich experience of large industrial Real Estate project, industrial transfer experience

5. In-depth knowledge of industrial plant engineering and manufacturing process, equipment, and facility management

6. Strong application knowledge of project management, demonstrated project management success

7. Good demonstration on leadership and communication to work in a collaborative organization and project team.

8. Great presentation skill, negotiation skill and influencing skill

9. Nice to have: Fluent English in oral, reading and written.
