1. 年度目标和计划:以集团和工厂管理层目标为指引,规划本部门年度工作目标,推动部门工作,达到或超绩效目标的要求。
Annual targets and plans According to the Group and the plant management objectives, determine the department’s annual work objectives, departmental level and above staff performance appraisal goals and specific implementation plan to push forward the planning and implementation of the plan.
2. 企业文化和团队建设
在集团统一领导力下,宣传、促进企业文化和价值观。建立员工培训机制,加强人员储备建议,提升员工主动性和执行力,形成一个忠诚、高效和创新的团队。

Under the unified leadership of the Group, publicity, promotion corporate culture and
Value. The establishment of staff training, program reserves, the ability to conduct staff
training and human resources construction, increase employee motivation and execution,
formation of an honest, pragmatic, efficient and innovative team.
3. 薪酬福利
在集团政策和系统指引下,薪酬福利在酬劳政策和指导方针系统团队中,发展工厂系统的薪酬管理系统,合理安排工资和福利的发放。
C&B In the Group's remuneration policy and system of guidelines, development the plant’s system and the system of salary management, organize a monthly salary and benefits of accounting and payment.
4.绩效评估
根据在工厂的实际情况,建立完整的绩效评估系统,发展评估系统,组织和完善绩效评估工作有效促进员工创造力。
Performance Appraisals According to the actual situation in plant, set up the whole building performance appraisal system, development of assessment system, organization and implementation of performance appraisal work to stimulate the creativity of employees.
5. 组织外部招聘和内部招聘,保证人力资源的持续有效支持。同时持续发展相关培训项目以配合公司和员工对技能的需求
Recruitment and training Organizers of external recruitment and internal selection, to ensure the continued effective supply of human resources, Organization of the preparation and implementation of training programs to meet evolving business and employee knowledge and skills required.
6. 员工关系:协调劳务合同、社保、员工争议,缺口和劳资关系的解雇,管理、协调和处理员工关系争议。
Labor Relations To coordinate labor contracts, social insurance, employee disputes, separation and dismissal of labor relations, management, prevention, coordination and handling of labor disputes
7. 内部和外部合作:负责协调部门之间员工关系、社保问题和外部其他公共安全沟通
Internal and External cooperation Responsible for coordinating internal departments and other departments of the relationship between the external charge of labor and employment, labor and social security, public safety communications and coordination of the external sector.
Educational Requirement, Competencies & Capabilities/学历,胜任力及能力:

Must Have/必须具备:
- 熟悉国家及地方的劳动法法律、法规和相关政策
- Be familiar with labor law and government rules & regulations.
- 7 年以上的工作经验
- >7 yr HR related working experience
- 良好的职业道德
- strong sense of responsibility.
- 管理类专业,本科或以上学历
