Position Description:

Battery Design engineering to develop ThinkPad; project scheduling,
implementing new battery cell and pack technology, testing, problem
fix, cost management, manufacturing support

Position Requirements:
[Skills, Experience and Competencies]
- More than 3 years of Battery Pack Design experience of developing
new products in PC Industry;
- Familiar with battery related technology for supporting Notebook
system design, such as battery cell and Pack, battery internal BMU,
PCB, Mechanical, FW’s specification definition, design,
qualification and debug;
- Experience of handling multi-tasks simultaneously;
- Must be a self-starter with strong written & verbal
communication skills, and be a strong team player;
- Be fluent in English

- Familiar with general battery pack mechanical design;
- Familiar with general DC power design concept;
- Familiar with battery components characteristic;
- Experience of leading project / management;
