Position Purpose岗位目标:
？ 负责上海地区电信电缆以及汽车零部件行业的设备销售业务，约500家活跃客户，300家回抢丢失客户，完成年300万销售额
？ 密切关注活跃客户动态，通过开发现有老客户，回抢新客户，提高公司市场份额，增加销售额。
Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:
？ 通过可视化日常管理和标准工作，确保客户的清晰度和销售活动的有效性，避免丢失客户；提升销售团队的人均产能
？ 对老客户的有效价格管理，增长AP销售额和毛利率
？ 在SFDC客户关系管理：
老客户开发方面：发掘老客户需求，实现老客户的翻单；确保及时准确更新和维护客户数据、联系人信息；跟进销售线索（LEADS）；更新销售活动记录；
回抢客户管理：通过区域覆盖，客户开发，实现回抢业务；提高赢单率；
？ 应收账款管理
？ 客户在标识设备使用中的投诉和异议的内部协调与跟进
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
？ 专科或以上学历，机械或自动化相关专业优先
？ 3-10年工业品销售经验
？ 良好的沟通技能和销售技能
？ 熟练使用MS的EXCEL功能，从数据中发现问题的能力和解决问题的能力
？ 适应频繁出差
？ 外资企业工作经历更佳
