职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Handle I&E customs activities and commodity inspection for FG, raw material, packing material, equipment, spare parts and other materials.
2. Handle the space booking with nominated forwarder for exported goods as per delivery schedule, prepare the declaration documents and send to broker.
3. Contact with shipping company for imported goods timely as per information provided by purchaser. Prepare the documents for declaration and manage the tariff payment ahead to ensure goods to be released in time;
4. Push forwarder and broker returning documents of I&E and tariff invoice, transfer to related department, ensure in time drawback and payment , submit application for I&E expense payment.
5. Archive I&E documents as per requirements of ISO 9001 to ensure traceability.
6. Submit required monthly report to supervisor or manager on time.
7. Participate 5s, Lean, quality, EHS activities, attend to all training arranged by company, comply with other company regulations, complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
1. Graduated from college or above, have certificate preferred.
2. 3 years working experience in I&E field. Be familiar with the policy and procedures of local government, customs, CIQ, port etc.
3. Good skills in ERP system, at least solid operation experience in one ERP software.
4. Good command of office software, especially in word, excel, PPT,
5. Good command of both mandarin and English, effective communication in English with internal or external contactors.
6. Strong interpersonal communication skills , goods work ethic, proactive working attitude, can work under big pressure. 举报 分享
