职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Bonded handbook apply, control, verification and management.
2. Monitor significant I&E customs activities and commodity inspection for FG, raw material, packing material, equipment, spare parts and other materials.
3. Regularly review I&E operation, ensure compliance with related policy and regulations.
4. Regularly consult government and institute regarding the modification of I&E policy, report the significant policies and regulations to manager and publicized to related Dept in company.
5. Track the freight cost monthly, ensure correct payment. Control cost under budget or analyze the reason for deviation.
6. Monitor performance of forwarder and broker, conduct regular review and come out with optimization solution to ensure operation efficiency and troubleshooting.
7. Participate 5s, Lean, quality, EHS activities, attend to all training arranged by company, comply with other company regulations, complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
1. Graduated from college or above, have certificate preferred.
2. 5 years working experience in I&E field in European or America enterprise. Be familiar with the policy and procedures of local government, customs, CIQ, port etc. Professional in processing trade, at leat 3 year working experience.
3. Excellent skills in ERP system, at least solid operation experience in one ERP software.
4. Good command of office software, especially in word, excel, PPT,
5. Good command of both mandarin and English, fluently English for internal or external related working communication;
6. Strong interpersonal communication skills , good work ethic, proactive working attitude, can work under big pressure. 举报 分享
