- For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for a Financial Assistant at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Reconcile accounts, prepare accurate journal entries as required. 核对帐目，按要求做出精确的分录。
- Provide basic technical accounting advice within area of expertise to functional or operational areas colleagues in daily work. 为公司设备和操作部门同事的日常工作提供基础财会方面的专业建议和支持。
- Provide necessary schedules and documentation for internal and external audit purposes.为公司内部及外部年检提供必要的财务表格和文件。
- Sales Invoice Management, inclulding, but not limited, control the compliance of the sales invoices, support GSS A&F to reconcile sale tax,esp. VAT, Goods return control, etc. 销售发票管理，包括对销售发票合规的控制，协助公司职能与服务部门核对销售税务如附加税等，退货管理以及其它一些任务职责。
- FX Payment management, including, but not limited, prepare and check supporting documents, arrange the
payment frequency etc. 外汇支付管理，包括准备及核对文档，安排付款周期以及其它一些任务职责。
- Coordinate daily financial and accouting work, including cash/Bank/AR/AP/ICC 协调日常财务工作，包括现金方面/银行方面/应付帐款/应收帐款
- Other related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company 其它上级或公司指派的项目或任务
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- At least 1 years in Finance, Controlling or Auditing related fields, familiar with finance theories and practices.
- Ability to provide leadership in many situations and with using different communication methods both remotely and face to face. Ability to work well with staff and customers from diversified international and domestic backgrounds.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal in both Chinese and English
- Having a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
- Deep understanding of the finance theories and practices and developments.
- Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of SAP system
- Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of office software
- Strong cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure. Persuit for perfection. Integrity.
