Responsibility:
1. As a major liaise in sales module, learn customer’s requirements and forecast via keeping close communication and good relationships with them. Timely report order status and delivery schedule to customers.
2. Regularly report sales volume and forecast to relevant department. Conduct the order audit as per the requirement of ISO 9001. Tracking the order implementation and production progress and update the information to customers.
3. Maintain the data regarding the sales module in ERP system, input order, modify order and close order; application for sales order parameter in master file and customer information establishing and modification. Ensure the data timely updating and correct.
4. Advise delivery instruction, coordinate with production and warehouse for goods dispatch. Monitor the goods issue implementation, and update customer dispatch information at the first time.
5. Regularly generate sales forecast report, open order report, MTD report, OTD/OTIF report, and SIOP report. Analyze the sales trend and customer demand, report to line manager and other relevant Dept, including finance Dept, planning etc.
6. Participate the operational meeting as and when required. Handle other case related to sales after authorized by manager.
7. Involve in the handling of customer complaint, handle the return. Take action for customer’s urgent requirement and timely report to manager and communicate with relevant department.
8. Conduct the customer satisfaction survey and analyze the root-cause, take measures to improve within fixed time.
9. Archive sales order documents as per requirements of ISO 9001 to ensure good traceability.
10. Participate 5s, Lean, quality, EHS activities, attend to all training arranged by company, comply with other company regulations, complete other tasks assigned by manger.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
1. College or above.
2. More than 3 years working experience in order desk and customer service field in European or American enterprise. Be familiar with the procedures of order management, order tracking, order delivery and handling of customer complaint. 3. Excellent skills in ERP system, at least solid operation experience in one ERP software.
4. Good command of office software, especially in word, excel, PPT.
5. Good command of both mandarin and English, fluently English for internal or external related working communication.
6. Strong interpersonal communication skills , good work ethic, proactive working attitude, can work under big pressure, which comes from customer complaints, supervisor’s criticism and other challenge from cooperated Dept.
