? Develop and perform experimental procedures following standard protocols for CP product bioassay with minimal supervision and with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
? Produce high quality field trial or lab/greenhouse bioassay data for product and technology proposition and integrated pesticide resistance management strategy decidion
? Incoodination with product bioassay and technical service teams, support in the academic and extension influencer management work
? Support to technical service and marketing & sales team in handling customer complaint and enquiry
? Suggest improvements to SOPs to further enhance work processes
? Work with product bioassay team in the implementation of the yearly field trial or lab bioassay plan and ensure the high success rate of trial conducted
? Work independently with minimum supervision to produce high quality field trial data or in collaboration with pathologist/entomologist to produce lab/greenhouse bioassay data for product and technology proposition, integrated pesticide resistance management strategy decidion .
? Work with product bioassay team in trial reporting in the China & global field trial report system efficiencily to maximize benefit to business
? Work with product bioassay and technical service teams in the academic and extension influencer management
? Provide field trial or lab/greenhouse bioassay support to technical service and marketing & sales team in handling customer complaint and enquiry
? Identify areas for process and technical improvements and provide solutions to increase the quality of the experiments
? An MS degree or BSc degree plus 2-3 years’ work in one of the agricultural sciences such as entomology, phytopathology or pesticide sciences, with training and experience in applied sciences preferred
? Good knowledge of Agronomy, chemistry, Plant Pathology or Entomology, genetics, statistics, and pesticide sciences
? Basic knowledge of farming practice
? Ability to communicate both (Verbal and Written) in English
