职位描述
Accountabilities:
To budget business target and deliver its result;
To develop new business in assigned geographical
area and/or market segment;
To identify customers total supply chain need and
work with other support team in coming up with proposal and quotation;
To offer price and conduct sales negotiation though
analysis of business structure in terms of revenue and cost;
To establish long-term strategic partnership with
clients, account management, bid management and contract negotiation;
To work together with Customer Service, Operation
and Project Management team to ensure service excellence;
To share valuable market information within the team
and the network for management strategic decision making;
Requirements:
Bachelor degree, major in SCM/Logistics/Sales
Marketing related preferred;
More than 5 years related working experience with
3PL contract logistics or at least 5 years sales experience in logistics
industry with preference to those with prior experience in retail,
apparel, FMCG, Chemical, and logistics solution;
Familiar with local business environment and
international business development trends, good sense of the industry
development trend and requirements;
Familiar with domestic logistics operation
environment preferred;
Project management skill, ability to find and
develop new business and to write up logistics solution proposal;
Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, leading,
optimistic personality and capable to work in team
Good command of English, excellent presentation
skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good PC skills, eg. Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
