1. 翻译任务的分配、翻译项目的运作管理和翻译质量的管理；
2. 翻译原文件专业类别和难度的判定；
3. 联络专兼职译员，统筹安排翻译任务；
4. 翻译进度和质量的控制及监督；
5. 对稿件进行版面处理和文字处理；
6. 统筹协调项目具体执行人员，控制项目处理各个流程；
7. 就翻译质量问题与译员进行沟通；

职位要求：

1. 有良好的组织协调能力，口齿清晰；
2. 熟练电脑 操作，熟练使用各种办公自动化工具；
3. 有良好的外语功底，能懂两种以上外语者优先，精通韩语、西班牙语、法语、德语、俄语、日语、阿拉伯语之一的优先；
4. 善于沟通，责任心强，工作细致；
5. 具有良好的职业道德和敬业精神；
6. 能吃苦耐劳，能应付紧张的工作节奏；
