Position Purpose岗位目标:
? 完成服务部门年度指标，支持销售部门的业务发展。
? 目前服务团队的人员构成稳定、并处于良性竞争的态势。
? 满足客户在服务响应时间上的更高要求，为业务部门的售前、售后提供更多支持。
? 服务的响应速度通常是影响客户满意度的最大因素，随着业务的发展，服务人员人数的适时增加显得尤为重要。
Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:
? 按照伟迪捷标准服务流程，独立完成现场服务工作以及其他技术支持工作。
? 服从服务中心的派工安排并及时汇报工作结果。
? 获取最大的客户满意度
? 完成既定的年度服务考核指标，其中包括服务收入及备件销售的业绩指标。
? 现场服务工程师
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? 大专以上学历、机械电子类专业
? 二年以上电器维修或现场设备维修经验
? 有备件及服务合同销售经历的优先
? 能够独立完成现场安装、维修工作（前期会有技能培训）
? 良好的客户服务意识
? 初级以上的英语读写能力
? 熟悉常用办公软件及制图软件
? 良好的语言沟通能力
? 每周3天左右的出差时间
