基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
? Review monthly intercompany reconciliation;
? Understand basically internal and process control, assist internal audit to set up fixed assets process ;
? Familiar with PRC and US Accounting policy;
? Understand deferred tax calculation under PRC and US taxation law;
? Handle Group reporting and coordinate the month end closing process;
? Handle local reporting to meet the monthly and annual local statutory reporting requirement;
? Independently prepare quarterly deferred tax report base on US GAAP;
? Provide quarterly analysis reports of B/S and P&L, including variance explanation for the important accounts;
? Coordinate and handle the external and internal audit;

教育程度/工作经历/身体要求： Education /Experience/Health Request
? University degree or above with the major in Accounting, Finance or Economy
? At least 3 years' working experience of general ledger accountant in multinational company/1~2 years working experience in big four audit firm ;
? Junior Accountant Qualification(初级会计师) is a must, Semi-senior Accountant Qualification（中级会计师） is preferred

知识、技能和能力： Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
? Strong independent working and analytical skills
? Good communication and team work ability.
? Good command of oral and written English
? Familiar with MS Office Applications, and preferably has experience with a SAP system is a plus
? Has experience in leading small project and team is preferred
