岗位职责:

？ KOL Project Management
# Establish positive relationship with online media and KOL at daily basis to promote brand image and star product WOM;
# Explore new ideas and tools to promote brand a more vivid & exciting image to drive wide attention & brand desirability;
# Ensure consistency of brand communication through social media platforms;
# Collect and provide competitor information and best practice for internal sharing and learning.
？ Digtal Project Management:
# Manage and tracking global/regional/local digital projects in China
# Provide technical support to other functions' digital innovation and initiatives
# Participate and/or lead the implementation of these initiatives
# Support China Digital & E-commerce Manager in developing digital knowledge, expertise and evangelization of digital throughout the organization (online 2 offline activities, LBS support, digital back-office productivity)

任职资格:

Professional Experience：
3 years + previous experience in Digital functions in Retail/FMCG business and/or Digital media agencies.

Other Information：
# Bilingual in Chinese & English.
# Solid skills in Digital communication planning & Able to deliver high-quality of execution in details.
# Solid knowledge of Digital media platforms: Online TV, Display Ads, Mobile Apps, Search, Retargeting, etc.
# Solid knowledge of Digital media performance tracking. Be sensitive to the number and insights.
# Good understanding of Social media platforms and how to drive engagement & SOV.
# Strong project management skills and timeline control.
# Keen sensitive to competitor action and pioneering spirit in exploring new creative ideas in digital communication universe.
# Self-initiative and result-oriented
