Core Mission核心任务
Promote use and sale of products to designated customers in order to achieve territory plan objectives, in accordance with company policies and procedures and under the supervision of the Regional Sales Manager.
在大区销售经理的指导下,根据公司政策及计划促进产品的使用和销售情况,完成指定客户的销售目标。
Duties and Responsibilities职责和责任
? In line with product strategy & objectives and assigned cycle or annual goals, to develop tactics adapted to own district/ territory and translate them into a specific action plan
根据公司的产品策略和目标及指定的周期或年度目标,开发适用于本地区或区域的策略,并将其转化为具体的工作方案
? Drive reps team to achieve or exceed cycle or annual sales targets through implementation of the district action plan with allocated resource, promotion guidelines and company policy
根据所分配的资源以及公司的推广方针和公司政策,实施地区工作计划,制定并推动销售队伍完成或超越周期或年度销售目标
? Reports planning, collecting and follow up; Budget planning and controlling
各类报告的计划,收集更改及执行跟进;预算计划及把控
? Regular meeting of the district and visiting Key Customers
地区周期会议的组织及大客户定期拜访
? Monitor, motivate, and coach sales reps team
监督,激励以及培训指导销售代表的工作
? Follow up / manage district sales &reps sales performance
跟踪/管理地区销售工作以及销售代表的销售业绩
Profile Requirements任职要求
Education/Training:学历/培训
? Bachelor degree or above本科或以上学历
Work Experience :工作经验
? Preferably with about 6 years of work experience in salesof FMCG industry. At least 2 year DistrictManager position experience,6年左右快速消费品行业销售工作经验,至少2年的地区经理工作经验
? Good knowledge of FMCG market context熟悉快消行业市场环境
Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position :本职位要求具备的技能和经验:
? Successful personal and team sales record良好的个人及团队销售记录
? Ability to work in a matrix organization-team player(sales, medical and marketing)跨部门合作能力及团队合作能力
? Excellent coordination and project management skills出色的协调和项目管理能力
? Excellent presentation and communication skills出色的沟通和表达能力
? Market sensitivity and analysisability. Formulate sales and marketing strategy市场敏感度及分析能力,制定销售和市场战略
