Responsibility：
·Work in partnership with the business to fully understand the key business drivers and needs, current and future challenges.
·Collaborate with the business, utilizing business intelligence and analysis to integrate people issues into the business planning cycle.
·Give a strategic HR perspective regarding business development & planning
Understand business needs and can translate it into specific HR strategy and action plans.
·Work close with SSC and Solution team based on the business needs.
·Monitor HR projects to ensure they deliver business improvement and are aligned with organizational objectives
·Strengthening existing skill-sets and behaviors to support business managers to raise their capability to lead and manage change
·Identification of talented individuals in their areas and building capability to support the development of this talent_Support talent development projects.

Requirement：
·Bachelor degree or above
·3 years above of HR experience in a variety of HR roles
·Strong English communication and presentation skills is highly preferred
·Experience of getting to know and understand the business and to identify how HR can best contributes to its success.
·Strong customer focus and proven ability to build productive relationships at all levels of the organization.
