Mission:
Construct a professional warehouse team to ensure the smooth and efficient material flow from suppliers to customers
Responsibilities:
To implement EHS and 5S management to ensure the safety of warehouse team and warehouse capital
Organize security training for warehouse operation team under the support by Security Engineer
Implement warehouse equipment application daily checking and record
Keep warehouse materials and facilities in order based on 5S principle
To administer the warehouse operation based on MPH (Materials Providing & Handling) principle
Standardize and document the warehouse operational work (receiving, storage, replenishing and shipping, etc.) and implement the training for warehouse team
Measure warehouse efficiency and performance based on MPH principle
Optimise warehouse layout to maximize the utilization rate of warehouse space and improve the efficiency of materials flow under the support by method Engineer
To manage physical inventory to improve inventory accuracy
Implement stocktaking and cycle counting to improve inventory accuracy
Enforce external warehouse management including subcontracted materials, 3rd parties warehouse management
To manage warehouse team
Make out action plans to improve Logistics KPIs and follow up the implementation
Ensure warehouse staff to obey the warehouse standard operation processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Logistics speciality or equivalent majors in Science
At least 3 years experience in warehouse management or supply chain management in Multi-National Corporation or Sino-Joint Venture
Professional in Supply Chain Management and MRP methodology, Good data processing & analysis skill
Can working in English
