职位描述：
Goal: Responsible for all finance activities and results for Damen Yichang Shipyard by developing and implementing finance plans, policies and practices, contribute to Damen(Group) financial strategy and represent the Shipyard to relevant stakeholders, in line with corporate guidelines, (business)strategy, plans and external rules and regulations, in order to ensure the realization of (strategic) finance objectives, realize accurate, up-to-date and compliant financial administration, provide and optimize adequate business information to enable the business to lead the organization in an effective and efficient manner.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
A. Finance policy, Plan & Budget
a. Develop, manage, implement and monitor the realization of the finance plan and budget for the shipyard and acquire approval for implementation.
b. Contribute to the development of the Damen Group finance strategy and policies from own area of expertise, in line with strategy and policies for finance and external developments.
B. Planning & Control
a. Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of the planning, budgeting, investments proposals, in line with finance strategy and policies.
b. Identifies improvement areas regarding the financial planning process.
c. Responsible for identifying and managing cost reduction programs.
d. Lead special/key projects having a financial impact (cost reduction programs, business case analysis, margin management, etc) in order to reach financial targets and improve performance.
C. Financial Accounting & Reporting
a. Responsible for streamlining and improving the financial and administration processes, in line with legal and business requirements.
b. Responsible for correct and timely financial reporting, in line with statutory reporting procedures and deadlines.
D. Management Information
a. Provide regular insights regarding the (financial) developments for the shipyard by analysing, reviewing, monitoring and interpreting the financial progress and performance, by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses including operational data, KIPs and customer data, based on (internal) reporting guidelines and dashboard(s).
b. Advice various internal stakeholders (e.g. Board of Directors, other Management) on (financial) business developments, new opportunities and external developments.
E. Internal audit/Compliance
a. Analyse the business processes to identify risks.
b. Develop, implement and monitor the (improvements in the) processes, to ensure compliance of Damen Group with (financial) guidelines, business, employment and safety regulations, in line with internal and external regulations and standards.
F. Communication
Build and maintain a network of in-and external stakeholders, in line with business needs, policies and external developments.
G. People Management
Attract, lead, coach, appraise and develop (the cooperation between) employees, manage the employee lifecycle, ensure staffing and increase enablement of people within own enterprise, based on HR policies and procedures.

Skills and competences:
A. Education
a. University or Master degree in business economics
b. CPA preferable (or similar financial specialization)
B. Experience
a. 5-10 years of experience in a similar job.
b. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, project cost control, internal auditing.
C. Profile
