Job duties;
Local / regional contract management and negotiation; assesses local markets; implements targets/standards/processes
Applies and implements SCM standards, tools and processes in the area of responsibility
Implements standards on health and safety and on business ethics within the area of responsibility
Demonstrates collaborative problem solving across disciplines within the area of responsibility.
Executes and implements new directions within the area of responsibility
Selects, manages, assesses and promotes talent within a business. Succession planning for lead SCM positions within a business. Arranges training programs.
Applies and implements SCM standards, tools and processes for business continuity in the area of responsibility

Requirements:
Experienced in project executionOperational (planning & reporting) and Implements tools and processes in a multi-business / regional organization
Good communication skills and execution
Work experience:>5 years in a management position (majority in SCM) in a multicultural environment.
Good knowledge of business, policies and organization within an LBU
University degree or high level technical degree or equivalent buyer expertise. Good technical knowledge required
Basic knowledge of commodity / business relevant supply markets
English and local language fluent speaker. Proficient in negotiations
Negotiation skills in a challenging regional business environment
