Main Accountabilities
This position is responsible for design and implement the inbound transportation though cooperated with cross BUs ensure transparent and efficient transportation operation, improve the service quality while reducing the logistics cost.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Execution of domestic suppliers' inbound logistics strategies; responsible for design and implementation of the inbound transportation integration into regional logistics centers
2. Cooperate with commodity managers to thoroughly understand direct material suppliers' transportation service; create and apply tools and processes; optimize the procedure and methodology.
3. Ensure alignment and harmonization of integration activities within Volume Operations.
4. Understand business impact of inbound supply logistics and implement the most cost effective business models to support operational strategies.
5. Provide leadership for project implementation or task forces of different background suppliers.
6. Expertise to solve complex and diverse issues.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1. More than 10 years domestics’ logistics operation working experience with minimum 5 years in related area –Inbound Logistic Industry, preferred in similar capacity.
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. Good Interpersonal skills
4. Good Communication skills
5. Strong, capable organization leadership(Strong, capable organization leadership)
6. Proven transportation /logistics / supply chain management knowledge
7. Leadership experience with proven record of people management
8. Strategic thinking ability, project management skill with
