职位描述：

基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

• Support managers to initiate and execute brand promotion campaigns in terms of contract proposal, communication creative and media plan.

• Cooperate with consumer research team to regularly track consumer insights and market situation

• Coordinate with internal relevant function dept. and vendors to ensure efficient and effective implementation of activities.

• Support all related new product innovation projects with cross functions to ensure new product on time launch.

• Coordinate with TMKT team and sales team to support field execution, as well as sales demand planning

• To track the campaigns result and provide the regular report, monitor and analyze the budget monthly to ensure cost effectiveness & efficiency throughout the year.

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

• Education: Bachelor or above, marketing related preferred

• Experience: 2 years or above marketing experience, FMCG preferred

• Fluent in oral and written English

• Good communication skill

• Excellent at Microsoft office

• Creative thinking

• Strong ownership and passion

• Logic/Data oriented

• Good time management

• Detail and result driven
