Job Responsibilities

- Support End User business with a focus on solution projects;

- Consolidate the project pipeline to establish or improve the current system for efficient project pipeline;

- Support the project sales business from bidding and quotation; coordinate with support functions / departments.

- Coordinate different departments to improve project business process. Set up project review process for regular reviews including project progress and cash flow.

- Ability to drill down the project performance detail, communicate with PM, to provide details and cost breakdown and profit sensitivity analysis to support business decision;

- Work with PM to identify the project risk, quantify financial impact and provide solutions;

- Coordinate with project team, track and control the projects execution. Communicate with sales teams and discuss the sales recognition and expense planning and reporting issues.

- Provide regular reports including performance variance analysis between budgets, actual and forecast;

- Solution/services P&L tracking and analyses for Actual/forecast/BR;

- Key project management tracking& analyses;

- Review cost allocation from PEC/ES;

- Provide other project related reports and support as required.

Candidate Requirements:

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (especially Excel, building complex formulas and databases).

- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

- Team player with can-do attitude and solid work ethic.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, project management or a related discipline.

- 5+ years related experience is a must, project management is plus;

- Attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.

- Good presentation skills to colleagues and management.
