Key Responsibilities 主要职责：

1Work as supplier leader to manage stamping suppliers all aroundly, provide service to all =s= plants.
2Monitor and improve the performance of stamping suppliers, include quality, on time delivery and cooperation.
3Lead the annual negotiation, lead QVE projects for productivity.
4Support localization platform to sourcing suitable supplier for stamping parts.
5Assist commodity manager to sourcing new supplier and implement commodity strategy strictly.

Job Requirement 任职条件:
Education and major 教育程度及专业:Bachelor or above, major in mechanical engineering or related .
Working Experience工作经验: Over 5 years working experience within a multi-national company ,with solide experience in sourcing,tooling or SQM. Auotomotive or electric industrial will be better.
Expertise / Skills技能: Wide knowledge in stamping and related secondary treatment like coating ,material and hot treatment.Good command of negotiation and communication skills.
Personal Attributes个性: Proactive,self-motivated,open minded,can work independently under high pressure
