Report to: ES – Service Operation Manager
Responsible for: ES Quality, ADS CPP deployment, ES Customer Satisfaction
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Set up, maintain and improve ES management system; define and optimize ADS process and system, leverage it to all ES offices; overlook ES customer satisfaction and drive improvement actions; set up and conduct internal audit, coordinate external audit to prevent ES from compliance risks.
REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Define & optimize the process of service business
· To be interface with corporate and bridge Front Office to deploy ADS process and system in ES
· Coach and leverage ES management system implementation in all offices
· Overlook the process implementation, design ES management dashboard, continuously improve it
· To be interface with QCS and corporate quality to improve and adapt customer satisfaction methodology in ES
· Overlook customer satisfaction of service business, and drive the action plans
· QMS maintenance, adaptation and improvement
· Plan and lead ES internal audit & coordinate third party audit
REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Must Have
1. Quality , Service and Project Management background, and above 5 years working experience in that field
2. Strong leadership, very good cross BU/function communication skill and influence
3. Creative and self motivation, result- oriented
4. Logical and high data analysis skill, familiar with MS office
5. Very good English level both in written and oral
Nice to Have
1. Understand Schneider organization and business mode
2. CPP (customer project process) knowledge
