PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Help in consulting services contract signing
- Technical confirmation with customer for signing the consulting services contract;
- Consulting services contract context writing in technical part.
Site investigation & consulting project execution
- Communicate with the customer; make site investigation or evaluation on customer’s system and equipment, to detect customer’s real needs in technical aspect;
- Edit and deliver consulting report according to contract needs.;
- Work out and deliver the customized and deliverable solutions to the customer.
Push pull through offer generation by supporting

OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Deep understanding customer’s system and installed base
2. Sufficient preparation for site investigation.
a. Site investigation solution and scheduling, site investigation condition checking;
b. Prepare or coordination on instruments for site investigation;
c. Check the site investigation procedure and supporting documents;
3. Site investigation execution & safety insurance
a. Making the different kind of site investigations such as MP4 audit; EDA audit; power quality measurement; special investigation for maintenance or modification or revamping.
b. Make sure all the site investigations done in proper or professional way, in charge of the site safety issues of our party.
c. Finish all necessary documents for site investigations; make sure these documents delivery to customer and filing & sharing internally.
d. In charge of the customer presentation on investigation result & recommended offers, and follow up the remain issues.
e. Detect unconformity points in electric system, create new business opportunities.
4. Writing the technical proposal and delivering to the customer
5. Communicate or feedback to other teams for service offer improvement technically and commercially
6. Make suggestion on site investigation equipment (tools; instruments) and safety equipment improving

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
· Good knowledge of full range of electrical products, electrical engineering.
· More than 8 years working experience in technical electrical field MV and LV in services, including experience of electrical consulting or electrical engineering supervision.
· Excellent communication & presentation ability.
· With experience to deal with key foreign and local customer.
· Be familiar with Chinese rules for site safety procedure.
· Knowing well solutions on operating electrical systems for availability, safety, reliability of electricity
· Personal flexibility and high work mobility.
· Familiar with electrical power network design principles and electrical installation standards.
· Know-how on electrical measurement and testing.
· Computer: standard office tools to be familiar with computer environment ( standard office software tools and technical software tools ).
· Language : Fluent Mandarin; Engilish - Middle or above level in speech and good in writing.
· Age : 30 to 40 years, healthy.
