职位描述：
Accountabilities:
1. Daily bank and cash transactions;
2. Keep good relationship with bank and Stated Admin. of Foreign Exchange;
3. Ensure orderly financial documents filing.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily bank and cash transactions
2. Timely Import and export payment declaration /clearance
required by Stated Admin. of Foreign Exchange (SAFE)
according to local regulation and Rules
3. Maintenance of supplier master file Vouchers and other financial files filing according to government and 5S requirement;
4. Expense invoice transaction entry.
5. Bank Note indorse
6. Match invoices
7. Review expense claim form
8. Setup new item standard cost
9. Run additional cost
10. Prepare Y39 report and input in CRS
11. Fixed assets set up

Requirements:
Experienced banking activities, finance and accounting knowledge, good attention to detail, reasonable English skill in addition to native language. Computer literate and knowledge of Microsoft packages essential. Tax refund experience is plus. 举报 分享
