职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1.Provide support to Sales Director on daily secretarial support and necessary administrative support to department per needs;
2.Distribute incoming correspondence including - emails, leads and customer operational requests, make appointments, manage KPIs, and prepare and distribute sales reports and customer KPIs;
3.Prepare and update quotes, reports, presentations;
4.File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports;
5.Prepare spreadsheet & database maintenance;
6.Prepare all administrative sales support activities based on the respective sales force sales plan for all products considering the 7.provided input from the sales force, historic sales data, back-order information and input from finance;
Performs any job-related assistance.
8.Coordinate all admin tasks within the sales department harmonize alignment sales internal project & process
Professional experience:
Must
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.Proficient at oral & written English and PC skills, German language skill is a plus.
3.Minimum 3-5 years secretary experiences in multi-national company; preferably in a sales function.
4.Strong attention to detail, accurate, organized and structured, but also flexible.
5Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and interact with people from different cultural backgrounds have ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
6.Good ability to prepare and present complex data in a simple, understandable manner. Ability to produce summary, management-level reports and detailed reports.( PPT, Excel )
