职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Select, evaluate and identify new logistics service providers;
2. Price management to ensure contract/service price in line with internal approval;
3. Managing the service agreements;
4. Project management;
5. Conduct business review to logistics service providers with operation team;
6. Fulfill related internal & consolidate reports and conduct cost analysis;
7. Work closely with operation team to chase / achieve KPI & OKR;
8. Proactive in looking for ways to improve current operations and work to increase work efficiency of team;
9. Ensuring work activities to be in compliance with company rules and regulations;
10. Other tasks assigned by the management and the company;


Qualifications:
1. Above University degree;
2. Good command of English.
3. 3-5 years related working experience in logistics or E-Commerce field;
4. Familiar with international logistics environment and E-Commerce logistics orientation;
5. Be competent in quality and cost orientation;
6. Proficient in goal and success orientation and problems solving competence;
7. Good timing management;
8. Expert in negotiation, communication skills, conflict-solving ability;
9. Be competent in self-reflection and critical-and learning ability;
10. Basic knowledge of contract law and trade;
