职位描述：
? Lead and deliver Tactical Review (TR) co-ordinating and working across each Business Segment
? Development and achievement of marketing goals for L&G controls portfolio, including quantitative targets for sales, market share, profitability, along with benchmark targets for competitiveness of Syngenta solutions, brand establishment, etc
? Strong collaboration with the sales team – helping set short and midterm business targets, identifying market trends and evolving needs concerning the L&G portfolio, along with implementing necessary marketing plans
? Support sales force on product and market knowledge, offering technical selling points, product positioning and commercial opportunities, accurate and timely ad & promotion materials in-line with campaigns and NPI’s
? Strong collaboration with supply chain team, ensuring timely product launches and monthly S&OP co-ordination with BM’s
? Manage Market Share data including current competitor profiles and activity
? Lead customer and influencer management
? Lead cross functional PLT to ensure timely NPI’s and third party portfolio development
Knowledge, experience & capabilities
? University degree in marketing/business & preferable post grad marketing qualifications
? At least 5 years marketing experience; L&G, FMCG or related businesses preferred;
? Experience in NPI and portfolio management, 3rd party portfolio develop experience will be a bonus
? Campaign management
? Event organization – seminars or promotional activities
? Strong insight in market intelligence and business intelligence
