Primary Purpose:
Deliver payroll and benefit services and day to day activities to Coach internal customers in Asia Pacific region
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in HR Operations to...
Payroll Administration
? Manage local payroll vendors to deliver accurate and timely payroll services to Asia countries, including but not limited to Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam and India.
? Work with payroll vendors to manage payroll related works, including local statutory benefits, tax filing, labor regulation, equity etc.
? Work with internal contacts, e.g. local HR Business Partner, Finance team etc. to set a smooth and workable process to take accurate and timely staff movement information and collect attendance data for retail and corporate employees.
? Understand the work with payroll vendor to provide data / report to any purpose if related to payroll / statutory benefit / tax.
? Participate into the HRIS projects to develop a better payroll solution in local.
? Prepare compensation statement, equity letter for employees and implement the relevant payment to eligible employees.
? Maintain / Update annual payroll calendar, payroll guideline.
? Keep a good relationship with payroll related vendors to develop the work efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Benefit Administration
? Execute daily jobs in a regular base to ensure current supplementary programs provide the real benefit to our customers, including supplementary insurance, health check etc.
? Keep a good relationship with supplementary benefit vendors to develop the work efficiency and customer satisfaction.
? Provide necessary data update report to vendors or internal clients.
? Participate in the projects to develop any supplementary benefit programs if any need.
Service Delivery / Others
? Take / provide knowledge transition from / to internal team members when necessary.
? Keep finding any possibility to optimize the payroll & benefit related work to be more efficient.
? Monitor data maintain service provided by FESCO, e.g. entry, update, audit when requested, to ensure the data is maintained accurately and in time. (The data/payroll audit may be conducted by this position in person when needed.)
? The responsibility is not limited as above mentioned. It may be updated when business required.
Interaction
? Internal – HR Business Partner in Asia Pacific region, Asia C&B team, Finance Team, internal customers
External – Payroll vendors, Benefit vendors, System vendors, Tax Bureaus etc.
The accomplished individual will possess...
? Bachelor degree, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
? 2-3 years regional payroll/benefit related experience in retail industry is preferred
? Good understanding of HR systems, data maintenance and reporting.
? Good English in written and oral
? Good at PC skill including Excel, Word, PPT etc.
