岗位职责
Job Role & Responsibilities The System Administrator will be responsible for Operating System administration, configuration, and system level application support, network and server monitoring and performance tuning of Operating System, hardware, and applications.
Specifically, this resource will be required to have experience in setting up, administrating, and managing all Linux, Microsoft, and VMware, UNIX configurations.
Responsible for SAN (particular in EMC Storage system and Brocade) design, architecture, administration, configuration, and system level application support, network and server monitoring and performance tuning of Operating System, hardware, and applications.
Candidate must be experienced in designing and administering large numbers of standardized Server configuration and following ITIL standard administration processes.
They will research, evaluate, and recommend new hardware and software to support an expanding enterprise network infrastructure and be responsible for server hardware and system capacity planning.
On key projects mays be member of a 7 X 24 support team, working no more than 8 nights per month.
They will be responsible for:
? VMware / Microsoft and UNIX Architecture design, implementation and support.
? Forecast and proactively recommend strategic hardware and software upgrades or replacements when service statistics indicate upcoming unsatisfactory performance levels.
? Design, implement, and support system backups.
? Design systems and network configurations for optimum performance along with troubleshooting and problem resolutions.
? Direct tasking of junior system administrators. Work directly with staff members and project managers.
? Document and maintain hardware, software and network standards.
? SAN Architecture design, implementation and support.
? Forecast and proactively recommend strategic hardware and software upgrades or replacements when service statistics indicate upcoming unsatisfactory performance levels.
? Setup security for the servers.
? Design, implement, and support system backups.
? Design systems and network configurations for optimum performance along with troubleshooting and problem resolutions.
? Direct tasking of junior system administrators. Work directly with staff members and project managers.

? Good English skill
? Strong knowledge of system architecture, ability to apply different technologies to solve problems.
? Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (both creating and following) for the administration of servers.
? Demonstrated expertise in the following areas:
Current experience with most recent versions of AIX (IBM PSeries) is a must.
Must have solid experience with HA/clustering and partitioning.
? Must have solid experience with HACMP and any / all scripting associated with HACMP.
? Solid experience with LPAR and VIO
? Storage Area Network (SAN) Administrator (EMC , VPlex )
? VMware virtualization experience
? Linux、UNIX. Current experience with most recent versions of AIX (IBM PSeries - AIX Power8 (P8).
? Must have solid experience with Microsoft windows and RedHat Linux.
? SAN setup and configuration for various software products and DBMS products including SQL Server , Oracle , WebSphere etc.
? Hardware and software installation and support.
? Third Party software consisting of EMC Avamar Backup, Veritas NetBackup, Backup EXEC or other tool sets.
