职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Create electrical solutions for product safety, quality and cost.
? Create design proposals as response to given specification
? Create ideas
? Propose which ones to work on
? Develop concept or prototype
? Finalise the design
? Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, technical codes and standards
? Develop, integrate and create layouts for high quality, cost leading electrical systems
? Create the electrification and drive configuration rules and wiring diagrams
? Implement the new electrical components to factory
? Analysing product feedback and reliability data to identify justified opportunities for improvement
? Create action proposals to improve the quality of the product/component
? Create action proposals to improve the cost of the product/component
? Present proposals to PCM team for decision making
Execute problems solving actions to respond quickly to issues in business processes
? Identify the problem or issue
? Organize system of meetings
? Specify and deliver the solution
? Initiate corrective or preventive actions when appropriate
Create/maintain and provide correct design data for project & stakeholder collaboration
? KONE PDM structures
? Drawings
? Part data
? Design documents
? Certificates
Develop capability
? Create performance improvement ideas
? Take development actions
? Create proposals for process guidelines

We expect you to have:
Education Background: M.Sc or B.Sc. or equal knowledge in electrical engineering or automation.
Experience: Min 3 years working experience in electrical industry, from an elevator or drive company preferred.
Skills, Proficiency:
General knowledge of drive and motor and electrical component
Good theoretical design skill in electrical industry area.
Ability to learn new technology quickly.
AutoCAD is required.
Skill to investigate and troubleshoot problems.
Good written and spoken English.
Experience in design for cost, manufacturing and installation is required.
Experience in leading product development, from concept to production, is valued.
Knowledge of elevator electrical components, control systems in particular, is required.
Excellent ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with remote team members globally is essential.
